I’m Anne Gannon, a licensed CPA with 20+ 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 of experience helping business owners and entrepreneurs with tax and accounting matters, with the goal of an efficient approach that is SOLUTIONS focused.

In 2015, I founded 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐋𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐨 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩, an accounting and advisory firm created to deliver a better financial experience for business owners in the hospitality space. Through this work, I partnered closely with restaurant owners to move beyond traditional bookkeeping and tax preparation, focusing instead on education, financial analysis, and long-term strategy.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, I became a leading industry expert on government relief programs including 𝐏𝐏𝐏, 𝐄𝐑𝐂, and 𝐄𝐈𝐃𝐋, working weekly with over 400+ 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐰𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬 to stabilize operations, navigate uncertainty, and build sustainable recovery strategies.

Building on this experience, I later launched 𝐋𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐨 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐞𝐬 to focus exclusively on proactive financial guidance. Through monthly financial strategy meetings, tax forecasting and planning, operational budgeting, cash flow alignment, and owner compensation planning, I help business owners stop reacting to their numbers and start using financial data as a roadmap for smarter decisions and sustainable growth.
